Flexibility Rocks!

What a great turn out for our workshops with Alixa!  Thanks to all who attended, all who continue to work hard & improve.  Sessions were attended by all ages = from 6 up, both boys & girls, children & adults.  We all got something out of it & are much more aware of how every day activities are affected by proper flexibility in the hips. 

Thanks again Alixa!  We hope to see you again in the fall!
