will be performing at the Festival of Trees this week. 

 

Thursday Nov 27th at 8  pm

Saturday Nov 29th at 12 noon

November is busy!

We have had a great start to the season! 

Our September bottle drive was a huge success! 

Thank you to everyone who donated their bottles, their time & their muscles!

 

Our Halloween Fun Week was awesome! 

Parents were invited to come to our Fun for All classes and participate to see what all we do.  Some parents were leery about getting involved, but ended up having just as much fun as their kids!  Thanks for coming with your athletes!

 

November & December bring a whole lot of events for our athletes & families.

Club photos will be taken Nov 19th. 

This will replace Fun for All training only that night. Schedules will be emailed out shortly.

 

Festival of Trees performances

for Orchids, Tulips & Petunias will be at 8 pm on Nov 27th & noon on Nov 29th.

Come out & cheer them on!

 

Club Fun Day is on November 30th. 

All athletes & groups come together to have fun, learn new things & work together!

We will be holding our first Club fundraiser of the year:

Sunday Sept 28th

In Warman & in Silversprings, Saskatoon

 

Athletes will be around to collect bottles & cans to help support our programming
& we would love your support!

 

Any donation would be greatly appreciated! 
 

If you aren't around when we come by, please send us an email (prairieribbons@gmail.com)

& leave a bag on your front step with PRRGC labelled on it.
 

Funds raised will go towards program enhancement, facilities & equipment purchases.

Classes are starting

Welcome to another great season! 

 

Our classes get underway in full swing next week - Sept 15th.

 

We have 7 Fun for All groups, 2 performing teams,

4 rhythm cat pre-competitive athletes & 8 competitive athletes.

 

 

Our coaches: Dalena, Danielle, Kait, Lori, Vicki & Mic are all excited to get started.

This year we have 2 coaching working towards their Level 1 Certification: Britt & Tyra, who are excited to share their passion with the athletes.

Alison & Nikki are returning as assistant coaches, this is their 4th year as assistants.

New to assisting this year are Emma & MacKenzie.

 

 

We are also very luck to have some great board members to help our club run

so smoothly: Joy, Kelly, Maureen, Mic, Michelle & Tania.

2014 Canadian Gymnaestrada - June 28 to July 1, 2014

 The 2014 Canadian Gymnaestrada is a performance and educational event. It is a festival of movement involving all gymnastics disciplines and is proudly hosted by the Alberta Gymnastics Fe...deration, in partnership with Gymnastics Canada, at the University of Calgary’s Jack Simpson gymnasium along with several outdoor Calgary venues. While non-competitive in nature, the Canadian Gymnaestrada provides an opportunity for participants to share in the fun and pleasure of performing and demonstrating their physical, technical and creative abilities in performance artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics, aerobatics and acrobatics. It is a true Canadian multi-gymnastics celebration for male and female gymnasts of all ages as teams show case their “Splash of Movement” as they vie for the opportunity to perform at the 2015 World Gymnaestrada in Finland

safely destroying unwanted confidential, private, and personal papers.

At this secure site, watch as your documents like:

 Old bank statements

Tax returns (2006 and earlier)

“Dusty” files and paperwork
Utility statements
……are deposited in the Shred-It company truck shredder!!!!

Shredding is by donation…..
(Suggested $10 per paper box or $5 per grocery bag).

All monies donated help our athletes attend events and purchase new equipment for the club.
